Supervisors
Key Responsibilities:
- 
                                            Supervise and train food and beverage staff to ensure high service standards.
- 
                                            Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- 
                                            Assist with scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- 
                                            Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- 
                                            Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate menu items and specials.
- 
                                            Conduct regular inspections of dining areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- 
                                            Prepare reports on service quality, staff performance, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- 
                                            High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree is preferred.
- 
                                            Previous experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory experience a plus.
- 
                                            Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- 
                                            Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- 
                                            Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- 
                                            Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
